Claims are not accepted after 48 hours of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted for short expiration dates if they correspond to the expiration dates guaranteed by Gourmet Eco Foods.

Returns of packaged products are not accepted after 1 month of receipt.

Returns of used and/or manipulated products are not accepted.

  If you want your order to be delivered the same day, you have until 11:00 a.m. to do so.
