Organic black rice is a medium-grain brown rice with a natural dark color, known as “prohibited rice” for its intense aroma, slightly sweet flavor and high nutritional value. Rich in fiber, antioxidants (anthocyanins), minerals and vegetable proteins, it is a nutritious and very complete option.
