Peeled oats are the whole oat grain, from which only the inedible outer shell has been removed, keeping all its nutrients intact. It is a food rich in fiber, proteins, group B vitamins and minerals such as iron and magnesium. In addition, its betaglucan content contributes to cholesterol control and the proper functioning of the digestive system.

It has a soft flavor and a firm texture after cooking, ideal for preparing hot breakfasts such as porridge, side dishes, soups or more nutritious traditional dishes.

At La Grana, we select organic oats grown without pesticides or chemicals, taking care of both health and the natural environment. An authentic and sustainable way to enjoy a lifelong cereal.
