Organic whole Persian wheat flour, also known as Khorasan or Kamut® wheat, comes from an ancient variety of wheat originating in the Middle East. It is characterized by its mild and slightly nutty flavor, its high content of proteins and minerals such as selenium, zinc and magnesium.
Being an integral flour, it preserves the bran and the germ of the grain, providing fiber and essential nutrients. It is ideal for making breads, doughs, cookies or biscuits with a rich texture and an authentic and aromatic flavor.
